If I use the ConstrainedToolbarLayout for the container figure the
children Layout Constraints are not synchronized. I want to update the
Layout Constraints with the size of the figure (calculated by layout
manager) and if someone manually edited them I want to revert them back.
Where is the best place to listed for changes in size and dimension of the
Figure?
