Hi all,
I'm a bit disappointed about the new release. There were great
announcements about the new release the last days and when I wanted to
test the new eclipse I get only an invitation to become a friends of
eclipse otherwise I can not download the new packages.
regards,
patrick

Galileo, this year's simultaneous release of many Eclipse projects, was
made available to the general public this morning at about 9am EST. It
is available from www.eclipse.org right now.
Before that time you could get the milestone or release candidate builds
from the Download page of the web site. If you donated to become a
Friend of Eclipse, the release was available a day early.
