Hi,
our project is currently based on the OSGi implementation of
Knopflerfish. We are considering to move to Equinox including the usage
of Eclipse plugins if appropriate.
Does anyone have experience with a migration from Knopflerfish to
Equinox? Is there an outline of the basic differences and required
changes to the bundles?
My first observation is that mostly the Manifest needs to be re-written,
which is a relatively small and straight forward thing to do, I assume.
Thanks,
Tim.

implementation of the OSGi R3.0 spec. If this is true, then no change
should be required to run your bundles on equinox since it is an
implementation of R4.0 which is compatible with R3.0.
Why are you saying that it is necessary to rewrite the manifests?
