Have you noticed that Visual Editor for Java Icon changes to the regular
Java file icon?
To repro it create compilation error and fix it.

The problem is that we subclass the Java editor but the java shoves its
own icons in the tab when it senses an error or it clears an error. This
then wipes out the one we put there. Haven't figured out how to prevent
this. We would need our own set of icons because they put a little red x
over the spot where we put the little bean.
