Which build of AJDT was this? There was an inpath related fix that went in
recently. Please could you try AJDT 1.2.0RC1 on Eclipse 3.0 and see if the
problem still exists there. There will be a development build for Eclipse
3.1M6 with the same fixes available shortly (check the download page).
