I couldn't find an answer to this. what are the pre-requisites for the
new(ish) genuitec version of the old ibm work?

1. what version of eclipse is it designed for?

2. do you need:-
wtp, emf, gef, ve, tomcatcore and the old ibm code?

I will sum the answers.
