Instead, the Overview should be on its own SWT Control that perhaps sits on
top of your GraphicalEditor's Control. If we have time, we will write a
Composite that does this.
Also, you should be using FreeformGraphicalRootEditPart in most cases, and
your contents EditPart should also use a FreeformLayer as its figure. This
allows scrolling to extend into the negative X and Y regions. I believe your
current Editor prevents the user from moving objects and bendpoints into the
negative regions.
