fragment.xml or plugin.xml [message #48230]

For a bundle fragment that wants to contribute extension points and
extensions, I can use fragment.xml. But can I use a plugin.xml in the
fragment instead of a fragment.xml?

Nope. You have to use fragment.xml. Any reasons one would want that?
