For now you can reference them using relative paths to the .tld or
..jar files conforming to JSP 1.1 only. References beginning with
'/' and using the auto-discovery of URIs specified in JSP 1.2 are
broken in IBM's initial contribution.

myeclipse 3.8.2 fix this bug, I don't try genuitec contribution, but I think
