Hi Robert,
At this time, we don't support automatic metadata extraction from a CCR
document. Thus you would have to run the 'option 1' of the submission
test in which all metadata for a document is provided in the files.
Whether they are exactly the same depends on the document content. We
selected codes and values for these metadata files out of the code sets
that have been used in past Connectathons. In the real world, one would
really have to consider the clinical environment of their application
and the kinds of documents it would submit. Then, for each of these
kinds of documents, independently determine the metadata code values
needed for the submission. To simply get the test 'to work' you can
leave these files as they are .. but it would be good form to change the
formatCode from one indicating a CDA to that of CCR.
Codes used in past connectathons can be found here:
http://129.6.24.109:9080/xdsref/codes/codes.xml
In addition to the OHf documentation -- the IHE XDS wiki is also quite
useful:
http://ihewiki.wustl.edu/wiki/index.php/XDS_Main_Page
Finally, IHE is putting together an implementation resources page.
Expect this to grow:

Sarah
