coldn't work in any numer of combinations SO:

1. GO TO
http://download.eclipse.org/tools/ve/downloads/drops/S-S2004 0628-200406281448/index.html

VE: download VE-runtime-S20040628.zip

2. GO TO
http://download.eclipse.org/tools/gef/downloads/drops/R-3.0- 200406251257/index.php

GEF: download GEF-runtime-30.zip

3. GO TO
http://download.eclipse.org/tools/emf/scripts/downloads-view er.php?s=2.0/R200406280827
EMF : download emf-sdo-runtime-2.0.0.zip

4. You should have ECLIPSE ver 3.0 SDK file:eclipse-SDK-3.0.zip

5. extract 4 ,3 ,2 ,1 to your location , remebering that plugins to
plugins and features to features

6. Start ECLIPSE and it should work

7. Drink a cup of Kawa (Jawa) turkish one and enjoy VE

I wont to thanks the Eclipse developers for offering to world
IDE tools clear as diamond much better then NetBeans
(for which I thought it was NO1)
