Hi Sayed,

The notation properties are added by the DiagramPropertiesProvider
contributed in the propertiesProvider extension point in the
runtime.diagram.ui.properties plug-in in the runtime. There is currently no
way to turn it off.

You will need to raise a Bugzilla for this request.
