Or After installing eclipse 3.0 M9, can i use the update manager to download

Muruga,
No you have to get Eclipse separately. Nick's been doing the update site thing,
see the thread from 04/28 about that, but there are issues with how version
numbers need to be updated for updates to happen. It's probably best to get the
..zip files.
