Felix,

Was this property on by default or had you previously selected it?

Paul,

In the org.eclipse.jet project checked out from CVS the src folder in
the Package Explore is hidden. Is that a related issue?

Felix,

It's usually a bit confusing to have filters on by default because as a
user you might might not know about the option and might be thinking
something is wrong that you can't see the files...

Felix:

JET turns it on by default. The assumption was that people using JET
wouldn't want to be bothered by the generated Java code, much as we aren't
bothered by the Java compilers generated .class files. Submit a bug if its
really bugging you.
