Hi Tom,
Were you been able to resolve your issues? The error message you're
getting usually indicates that all features already installed locally
and update manager can't find anything new. You can check if connector
is available from the new "New Task Repository" wizard that you can call
from the "Task Repositories" view. See user guide at
http://wiki.eclipse.org/Mylyn_User_Guide#Generic_Web_Reposit ory_Connector
Note that web connector is being referred as "Generic Issue Trackers"
on the update site, and we have a bug report to address the naming
issues, please feel free to comment there:
205343: [web connector] stabilize name for web repository connector
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=205343
Also, please feel free to comment on the following bug report in
regards to graduating web connector from the sandbox/incubator area:
204560: define policy for the Sandbox components and update site
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=204560
regards,
Eugene
