How to re-install plug-in [message #44666]

I installed IBM J2EE plug-in and mistakenly reverted it. The logs
displayed that the features of IBM J2EE plug-in are disabled.

I tried to install it again by copy and overwrite the plugin and feature
directories again, and run eclipse with -clean flag but the IBM J2EE
plug-in features still do not show up. Could you please show me how to
re-install it. Thanks.
