The purpose of the noted paragraph is for users not to just import the
plug-in into their workspace and run a self-hosted workbench. The standard
launch of test suites will not work in the self-hosted workbench because the
runner will look for the auto gui plugin under the plugin directory of
Eclipse.
Everything should work fine as long as you have the auto gui plugin under
<ECLIPSE_HOME>\plugin.
