I built a shared library (.dll) in C and want to launch it, and later to
debug it. The "Local C/C++ Application" launcher wants a project name and a
C/C++ Application that is in the project. Since it's a dll, I actually need
to run some other program outside the project (it's actually a perl script)
that brings the whole system up and loads my dll. How do I do that?
