Hi Mikkel,
I have been using Jalopy 0.2.6 Eclipse plugin with no problems under 2.1 for
a while now.
You can get it at http://jalopy.sourceforge.net/download.html.
I hope that this helps.

I was afraid you were going to say that. I'm unable to find the Jalopy
functionality in Eclipse 2.1 whereas I had no problems in Eclipse 2.0. Did
you do anything else than normal plugin installation of copying the
directory to the plugin directory ?

I do not remember doing any special with Jalopy. You should be able with
a right mouse-click to have an Jalopy entry in the context menu.

I was able to install it via the standard plugin mechanism. However
using JDK 1.4.x it nukes my javadoc comments with it's own template.
Since I was unable to find any way to stop this, and because it totally
nuked an entire project, I dumped Jalopy.
