When I go to Window|Preferences, Editors/Keys, I see that the Edit/Content
Assist keybinding (Ctrl-Space) is conflicting with something else. How can
I find out what is the conflict so that I can solve it?

Thanks,
Daniel Serodio

PS: Please CC: me any replies. Thanks again.

Ya, I got this problem once too. It was because of the X-Men XML plug-in.
There's a new version of the plug-in that addresses this problem. You can
find it here:

http://eclipse-plugins.2y.net/eclipse/

There have been a couple bug reports created if you're interested:

https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=35874
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=36267

I also just noticed that this has been fixed for 2.1.1
