Hi Jyran,
I believe this is related to the problem we had earlier about targeting
the wrong endpoint for the registry.

The problem was resolved in a bug fix about a month ago, so you might
updating your libraries. Otherwise, please verify that you're using the
proper URL for the registry and the repository.
