Very likely, you have a mismatch of file version. There was a recent
change to the plugin.xml files for the fo and html emitter plugins. Your
installed plugins may have the old plugin.xml, while your downloaded
sources may be assuming new plugin.xml files.

BIRT 0.0.1 Nightly Build (Build N <20050501-1926>

is there a newer plugin than this..? Pl let me know..
