I just created a new installation of eclipse 3.3.1.1 (Europa fall
release) and got Mylyn from the update manager, Europa discovery site.
I started reading the online tutorial at
http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/java/library/j-mylyn1/inde x.html
but got stuck editing a repository query for Eclipse.org's bugzilla.
I make a new query, create query using form, and I get:
Update Failed, Error updating attributes.
The element type "input" must be terminated by the matching end-tag
"</input>".
I get the same error if I click the "Update Attributes from Repository"
button.
I looked around and it sounds like a known error that was resolved
over a month ago, and no reports of similar new-user errors since then.
What did I do wrong?

Hi Beth,
Due to server load, the bugs.eclipse.org "Attributes" configuration is
mirrored across servers. It looks like you got a partly-mirrored copy.
We have worked with the Eclipse webmaster to ensure that the chances
of this happening are minimized, so if you or anyone else ever sees this
again please file a bug.
Rob: if this gets reported again we should consider retrying the
attribute update.
