Hi,
If you'd like to get an early sense of what will be donated, I would suggest
you look at the IBM's web tools contribution's structured source editor (the
XML editor). The markup editors IBM is contributing will extend that. The
idea is that going forward enhancements to the XML editor can be maintained
by a web tooling effort and the Voice Tooling effort can focus only on
leveraging their work in the voice development space. This will free voice
developers to solve the problems unique to our space, just as eclipse has
freed many companies from bring tied up in the low-level problems of
File->Open, Preference Dialogs, and so on.

What they are contributing is basically some xml context sensitive editors
and a taglibrary that can be used in jsp pages. Umtilately the application
developer is writting VXML. I believe that is the jist of it. Mr Metz can
