Why is css3 still missing in 2023? [message #1858735]

I just installed Eclipse 2022-12 (4.26.0) only to find css3 support still missing. How do I enable that? I already installed all sorts of extensions like Web Tools, WWD but nothing has any effect on the missing autocomplete function for attributes like 'transition' and 'transform'. Thanks
