Hi all,

I just switched from Eclipse 3.2.2 to Eclipse 3.4.2 and I have noticed
that everytime I modify an existing plugin.xml my Eclipse hangs for a few
seconds. Using tools like ProcessExplorer shows me that Eclipse is
scanning all files in my target runtime folder during that time. After
that, Eclipse decides to perform a full workspace build.

Is this a common behaviour or is this something I can change in the
preferences? I never had this issue using 3.2.2. Could someone help me?

Thanks in advance,
Cheers!

Copying this to the PDE (eclipse.platform.pde) newsgroup where it might
get more attention.
