If the preferences are specific to a project then you can set project
specific preferences. These are saved in a .settings folder in the root
of the project. You can add the .settings folder to your SCM. Then
other users will automatically pick them up when checking out the project.

Have you considered using something like Yoxos to build your own
distribution for your team members?

Yoxos has the ability to do workspace provisioning for your team members
once you setup a profile.

or if you want to share Workspace preferences, use Preferences Export
wizard to save all your preferences to file and then Import wizard to
load them back.
