Hello eclipse users,

I believe I've found a bug in eclipse 3.4.2 (Build id: M20090211-1700). If
one opens and modifies without saving multiple files that have same name
but are on different paths (e.g. pom.xml files each belonging to a
different project in workspace), and if then one saves a single one of
them, eclipse will save file that has focus but will also wrongly mark all
the other open files with same name as saved one and will treat them as
files with no unsaved modifications, so when they get closed eclipse won't
report that there are unsaved modifications.

Regards,
Stevo.

Looks like a bug. Please file it against the XML editor that has this
problem.

This is a bug in the Maven POM editor that is a part of m2eclipse. The
XML editor works correctly.
You can create a bug against m2eclipse
https://issues.sonatype.org/secure/BrowseProject.jspa
