I'm trying to add a plug-in, I get the following can anyone help?

Cannot complete the request. See the details.
Cannot find a solution satisfying the following requirements

org.eclipse.equinox.p2.iu/org.eclipse.ui/[3.4.2.M20090204-08 00,3.4.2.M20090204-0800]].
