Hi all,

I'm using the 'permissions.properties' file to set +x attribute to the
binary files during plugin installation. The file content is similar to

permissions.executable = myengine/bin/*.*,...

It worked fine on 3.2 and 3.3 (well, I had to type '*.*' instead of just
'*' to avoid the bug #190932; but it worked).

Suddenly, it stopped working in 3.4 (last tested using 3.4.1) - it
simply installs the plugin, but does not change the permissions.

The 'migration from 3.3 to 3.4' document says that old update sites are
installed the same way as it was done before. Any clue - what might
happen, and how to fix it?
