are you sure that you started the application in debug mode, menu Run ->
Debug...?
If so, you could set a breakpoint in W4TDelegate#doPost, every request
will call this code.

i suspected the main routine of the RAP demo is in RWTDemo.java createUI()
in the package org.eclipse.rap.demo
