Unable to do Software Updates on Eclipse 3.4 [message #332237]

Hi,

I am facing some problems while doing some Software updates on Eclipse
3.4(Ganymede; Build id: I20080617-2000).

I tried to install Testing and Performance Tools (TPTP) when the following
error occured:

"Cannot complete the request. See the details.
Format error in file:
C:\DOKUME~1\groiss\LOKALE~1\Temp\p2Encoding16381.opb."

The flow was as follows Help->Software Updates->Tab "Available
Software"->Ganymede->then i marked the whole Testing and performance
tree-> and clicked on "Install" !
