Hi,
In plugin org.eclipse.jem exists a file called ..ROOT...override.
Through the three dots in the filename it's inpossible to check
in this file into Perforce. In Perforce three dots are reserved for
wildcards.
Is it possible to rename such files? What is the reason for this
naming convention?
Best Regards,
Thomas

It's a special file, it is named that way so that it willbe unique and
not likely to collide with any other file that someone may place out there.

Will .ROOT.override cause a problem? If it doesn't, then please open a
bugzilla bug against VE JEM component to have them renamed to that.
