Hi all,

I am reading a great book on OSGI form Neil Bartlett and I have a question
about informations displayed in Eclipse Configuration's detail dialog
available from Help -> About menu.

This dialog shows the state (in OSGI speaking) of each eclipse plugin (==
OSGI bundle).

Some of my plugins are in a state called "STARTING". This state exists in
OSGI bundles life cycle but I read:

"STARTING state is over in the blink of an eye, and you would not be able
to see any bundles in this state ..."

How is it possible ?? After playing with my plugins and opening/re opening
the configurations detail dialog (its content seems to really reflect
ACTUAL bundles state) I guess this STARTING state must be understood as
RESOLVED state .. Am I right ?

Thanks in advance

Manu
