unable to uninstall plugin with p2 [message #331987]

hello,

I added a plugin using the dropin feature:
eclipse/dropins/myplugin/eclipse|
features/..
pluglins/..

then I tried to unsinstall it:
1) tried using software updates, but when I select the feature the
unistall button is not active
2) removed from dropins, but when I restart eclipse the plugin is still
there (where...?)

I need to uninstall it else I must downgrade to 3.3 sob :-(

Try restarting Eclipse with the -clean option after you remove a plugin
from the dropins folder.

perfect thanks!

the other solution was upgrade the plugin using software updates, then the
uninstall button became available.

but your solution is better obviously!
