Both the wiki

and the JavaDoc
http://help.eclipse.org/ganymede/topic/org.eclipse.platform. doc.isv/reference/api/org/eclipse/ui/menus/AbstractContribut ionFactory.html

are not agreeing with the constructor defined.

The wiki you can update yourself.

I assume you mean the example part of the javadoc doesn't match the
2-arg constructor? Please open a bug at
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/enter_bug.cgi?product=Platform &component=UI&short_desc=[Contributions]
