I have written a plugin to add some features to eclipse for use in our
development. Everything works fine but I cannot seem to find out,
clearly, how to create help for the preferences page that will display in
the related topics component in the preferences dialog. I would like the
user to be able to click the "?" icon and have the related topics display
on the right, just as with all the other plugins.

Can anyone clearly describe how to make this happen? I have found some
examples but nothing seems to work. If anyone has a plugin that
accomplishes this and wouldn't mind sharing code, that would be great.
