Is SWTBot being tested on various Operating Systems? [message #33449] Fri, 24 April 2009 03:14 Go to next message

SWTBot uses automated builds and tests for itself.

Is that run on various Operating Systems? If yes, then test results would
be needed for each OS, right?

That may not be top priority currently, but it would be good for proving
that SWTBot is compatible with any OS.

I do have a cruise server running on a grid with 4 machines: windows,
linux 32-bit, linux 64-bit and mac/carbon.

Builds that I push to the update site have to pass on all 4 platforms
before they are considered working.

Because of the frequent checkins and having a test case for every piece
of code that gets checked in ensures this quality, and compatibility is
ensured by the cruise grid.
