Hello,

maybe someone has a suggestion how to trace down the problem I have with
debugging in eclipse: I get an error message "socket closed". Debugging is
no problem when I create a new project inside eclipse. I write some dummy
code, insert a breakpoint and the debugger will open up at the breakpoint
and everything is fine.

Problem is that error message "socket closed" only occurs when debugging
the eclipse project I'm working on at the moment. There is no error
message or anything. So I have almost no clue what the problem could be.
The eclipse project I'm working on uses Spring, JSF, hibernate and tons of
things. Hard to find out where the problem is. The internet proxy is
correctly set the same way on the machines of my colleagues where the
problem does't occur. The local firewall was turned completely off and the
problem remained...

Anybody some hints? Maybe some settings I could change so that eclipse
would be more verbose about the problems that have occured?

Thanks, Oliver Plough
