.syncinfo is deleted RDZ [message #328738]

Hi

1)A Java project is added from a repository to workspace of IBM Rational
Application Developer (RDZ7.0)Eclipse Version:3.1.1
2) Close workspace (do not close the project before closing workspace)
3) Re-open RDZ, use the same workspace try to navigate to the Java project

OBSERVED RESULT
---------------
I am getting below error message in the session log:
"Resource - <project name> - is not managed"

I found out that .syncinfo file for that particular project is being
deleted on closing the workspace. Can anybody please tell me why .syncinfo
file is being deleted?
