Launch Standalone Eclipse Aplication From Another Eclipse [message #328294]

Hello,

I create two application:
(1) IDE based on Eclipse (run by product in plugin.xml)
(2) Debugger based on Eclipse (run by appication in self plugin.xml).

This is two part of one application (but in different plugin jar's,
what deploy in one eclipse product). Separately they run by Eclipse PDE
debugger fine.

I don't understand: how I may run my debugger (2) from my IDE (1)?
I try look at Standalone Help, but many errors find in my log.

What command may I use to run same application (specified in plugin.xml)
from console?
I use Eclipse 3.2.
