Is there a way to view classes in a package view such that both the source
and test code are seen within the same package structure?
For example, if I have a file structure like this:

src/com/foo/Dog.java
test/com/foo/DogTest.java

I would like the ability to view the src and test code in the same package
in my navigator. E.g.

com/foo/Dog.java
com/foo/DogTest.java
