Is there a way to set a workspace local tag?

In situations where you are prototyping some ideas that require changes to
several modules, it would be handy to be able to apply a tag to the current
workspace (not CVS). Subsequently, the workspace could be rolled back to
the tag using local history.

This can be done manually of course by restoring each of the files to a
local history version just prior to making the changes, but it would really
be handy to be able to do this for all of the modules with a single Restore
From Local TAG feature.
