Hello!

We are using the "External Tool Builders" to generate Java-Sources from
IDL files.

One Project (test_idl) contains the IDL files and another project contains
the generated sources (test_java).

In "test_java" we added an External Tool Builder who calls the
idl-compiler and we added the complete "test_idl" project in the "working
set of relevant resources" (with options "during clean", "during manual
builds" and "during auto builds" activated).

If we change the IDL-Files in "test_idl" with Eclipse 3.2 the Builder from
"test_java" is executed.

If we do the same with Eclipse 3.3.1.1 and 3.3.2 the External Builder
isn't executed. The only option which works is "during a clean".

Has anyone the same problems or any hints?

Regards,
Alexander
