Eclipse User

I just exported my update site for the first time. I got an elaborate
version of "error". Eclipse put up an error alert telling me to look in
the export directory for a zip of logs! Hello? Can't it just tell me
what the problem is? Ok, so I look in my target folder and there is
logs.zip. zip? come on. So I unzip it: it has one empty folder with the
name of my plugin!

Any hints?
