I am seeking a tool, preferably one that works with or in Eclipse, that
would enable me to verify the links in my TOC xml files prior to exporting
or building my help plugins. Right now, I don't know if a content file is
missing or paths are broken until the darn plugin is built, installed, and
a new index is built by the application. At that time it reports the
broken links.

Am using Dreamweaver to create the docs and it verifies the links in my
html files but not the xml ones. Both DW and Eclipse validate the xml
schema, but again, not the links.

Any suggestions?

Ideally, it would be nice if Eclipse supported this type of verification
for user content verification. If I've missed it somewhere, please let me
know.
