disable (by default) the action "Build Automatically" in the Project Menu.
for info, I have created my own Project Nature and my Own Builder that
launches the Assembler to assemble source codes. All works fine but when I
create a new project it starts automatically assembling the default (empty)
file that my New Project Wizard creates.
