Status as of 2017-03-23
WTP 3.8.2 was officially released on March 23, 2017. It addresses a number of bugs in the original 3.8 and 3.8.1 releases requested by adopters and the community at large. The next scheduled release is WTP 3.9, which will coincide with Eclipse Oxygen. Users of Neon should use the Neon Update Site, http://download.eclipse.org/releases/neon/ , to update to Neon.3 and WTP 3.8.2.
