WTP 3.23

Status as of 2021-09-15

WTP 3.23 was officially released on September 16, 2021, as part of the Eclipse IDE 2021-09. Users of Eclipse should use the 2021-09 Update Site, https://download.eclipse.org/releases/2021-09/ , to install WTP 3.23, or https://download.eclipse.org/releases/latest/ to always have the latest release. The next release, WTP 3.24, will be part of the simultaneous release in December.
