WTP 3.13

Status as of 2019-03-20

WTP 3.13 was officially released on March 20, 2019, as part of the Eclipse IDE 2019-03, the latest quarterly release. Users of Eclipse should use the SimRel Update Site, http://download.eclipse.org/releases/2019-03/, to install WTP 3.13. The next release, WTP 3.14, will be part of the simultaneous release in June.
